Chicago, Illinois (PRWEB) May 25, 2014
PriSim Business War Games Inc., a business simulation and training firm, announced that the company has signed Max Hernandez, an experienced developer, lecturer, and business consultant, as Vice President.
“Max gives us a technology-edge in tailoring our business simulations and classes to the changing demographics of our students,” said David Semb, a Partner at PriSim. “This will make PriSim even more responsive and relevant to clients’ learning and development needs. He brings a connection to the next generation of simulation users and, as an Instructor, he increases our delivery capabilities.”
Mr. Hernandez will contribute to simulation development at the firm and will help deliver training classes worldwide. He is fluent in both English and Spanish and will increase PriSim’s ability to localize its learning laboratories. Mr. Hernandez will also help advance PriSim’s social media efforts.
“I am excited to bring my technology expertise to PriSim,” said Mr. Hernandez. “And my teaching experience as an Adjunct Professor at Galileo University in Guatemala City will broaden PriSim’s reach. The technology component of learning is a growing part of leadership and development programs now – and simulations are a very valuable part of that. They help highlight business concepts that can be applied daily in the real world. I look forward to helping develop new simulations and to fine-tuning PriSim’s existing simulations for today’s business audience.”
Mr. Hernandez will be based out of the firm’s Chicago, Illinois office.
