iWorks Corporation (iWorks) is proud to announce it is now certified as an International Standard for Organization (ISO) 9001:2008 Quality Management Standard compliant organization. Afnor Certification awarded the AFAQ ISO 9000 certification to iWorks.

ISO 9001 is a family of standards related to quality management systems and designed to help organizations ensure that they meet the needs of customers, shareholders and employees. The certification of compliance with ISO 9001 recognizes that the policies, practices and procedures of iWorks ensure consistent quality in the services and work product we provide to our customers.

AFAQ, a leading mark for certification and evaluation of management systems, was founded in 1988 in order to contribute towards the general improvement of quality, by proposing ISO 9001 certification to volunteer enterprises.

Upon earning the ISO 9001:2008 certification, iWorks President, Jothi Radhakrishnan commented, “We have worked extremely hard on gaining accreditations through ISO and believe that our Quality Management processes in design, development, maintenance and implementation of software solutions will further improve our services to our clients.”
