John L. Scott Real Estate announced today that a nationwide report has revealed the company ranks 16th and 22nd out of 500 national real estate brokerages based on 2013 sales volume and transaction volume, respectively.
The figures, which were released in RISMedia’s 26th Annual Power Broker Report, show that for the year 2013, John L. Scott closed $4.8 billion dollars in sales volume on 14,009 transactions.
In addition to posting stellar transaction figures, the number of John L. Scott brokers also increased. With the addition of over 200 new associates, the total number of brokers across John L. Scott’s Pacific Northwest footprint jumped to over 2,700.
