TPC Learning Services will host two open-registration, industrial maintenance management courses taking place at the end of 2014
Buffalo Grove, IL (PRWEB) May 27, 2014 -- TPC Learning Services recently announced that the Maintenance Management for First-Line Supervisors (MMFLS) open-registration course will be held towards the end of 2014 in Atlanta, GA and Las Vegas, NV. Maintenance managers who participate in the course will have the opportunity to analyze and present findings associated with the identification and implementation of improved industrial maintenance practices.
The MMFLS course will cover:
• Maintenance Organization
• Implementing Preventative Maintenance
• Controlling Maintenance Resources
• Improving Performance Maintenance
• Effective Communications for Supervisors
• Managing a Training Program
“Our open registration series of instructor-led classes will allow us the opportunity to simultaneously instruct maintenance supervisors from several different industries,” said Scott Hammer, VP Instructor Led Training. “Managers will learn essential topics that are necessary when implementing and managing a results-based industrial maintenance program.”
Over the course of four days, TPC’s MMFLS instructor will walk maintenance managers and supervisors through the steps that will play a central role in the development of a more effective maintenance department. The class will help employees meet the demands of strict maintenance and operating environments and in situations where workers are asked to do more with less.
