Enterprise Learning! Conference 2014

Positive Intelligence ranks in the top three most influential business books I have ever read. If I could give only one book to the thousands of team members in my organization to enhance their performance, it would be this book.

(PRWEB) May 23, 2014

Shirzad Chamine was selected to open the 2014 Enterprise Learning! Conference (ELC) according to conference program chairman, Joe DiDonato. Shirzad is the author of the New York Times bestselling book Positive Intelligence. He is also the Chairman Emeritus of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), the largest coach training organization in the world, and he has trained faculty at Stanford and Yale business schools, as well as managers in nearly 100 of the Fortune 500 companies.

“We are honored that Shirzad will be joining us at ELC 2014,” said Joe DiDonato, Enterprise Learning! Conference program chair for the 2014 event. “Shirzad’s insights will be inspiring and transformational for our audience in their personal lives, as well a real game-changer for their enterprises.”

Shirzad lectures on Positive Intelligence at Stanford University, and he has coached hundreds of CEOs and their executive teams. His background includes PhD studies in neuroscience in addition to a BA in psychology, an MS in electrical engineering, and an MBA from Stanford.

“Positive Intelligence ranks in the top three most influential business books I have ever read. If I could give only one book to the thousands of team members in my organization to enhance their performance, it would be this book,” stated Lisa Sevens, Region President, Wells Fargo Bank.

The ELC 2014 celebration of excellence will honor this year’s Learning! 100 Award winners in the practitioner space, as well as the Best of Elearning! -.readers’ choice - awards for vendors that serve the learning space. The Learning! 100 Award Dinner is scheduled for Monday, the evening before Shirzad will address the attendees. Shirzad will share a powerful framework for bringing out the ‘best’ in everyone, while at the same time quieting the ‘worst’ that holds individuals and teams from achieving their best performance.

“This is a very innovative and important application of original psychological thinking to the business field. The PQ model provides a solid basis for bringing meaning and significant change to one’s life,” according to Crittenden Brookes, MD, PhD, Stanford University, and Distinguished Life Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association.

“Shirzad’s presentation will delight attendees during this celebration of excellence by challenging them to identify the Saboteur and the Sage in own personal lives,” according to Catherine Upton, CEO of B2B Media Company, and one of the hosts of the Enterprise Learning! Conference and award ceremonies. “We hope that all of the attendees will take away the tools to harness the untapped powers of the mind which have proved to be so highly effective in the world of business.”

ELC registration opens May 8th with Super Early Bird rates saving attendees up to $400. Workshop passes are also available beginning at $295. Government employees also receive a 30% discount on all conference rates. To learn more about attending ELCE, visit at http://www.elceshow.com.
