This summer the Mountain Ops crew at Shawnee Peak will be busy installing a brand new triple chair to replace the existing Rabbit Run Double.

The new Partek Lift will service the beginner area. It will be the first chairlift skiers naturally progress to after mastering the surface lift. The triple chair will increase uphill capacity and offer a quicker ride, all while seating three guests per chair.

The existing lift is being dismantled over the course of the following two weeks. The new Partek Chairlift will be delivered throughout the summer with installation expected to be complete by mid fall.
