"We wanted a winning solution for investors & developers where the benefits were unique & clear. We chose NES Financial because they're the known leaders in EB-5 escrow & fund administration," - Bruce Nicely, Principal, Southern States Regional Center

NES Financial announced today that it has been selected by Southern States Regional Center (SSRC) to provide EB-5 solutions for the Regional Center’s current projects. NES Financial is the leader in EB-5, having designed a suite of solutions specifically for the industry.

Southern States Regional Center, which recently announced a joint venture with American Dream Fund, has two EB-5 projects located in Georgia. These projects, Symphony at Eagles Landing and Hyatt Place Hotel, are set to raise $50 million and $32 million respectively, with nearly $20 million of EB-5 capital between the two.

“We wanted a winning solution for both the investor and developer where the benefits were unique and clear. We chose NES Financial because they are the known leaders in EB-5 escrow and fund administration,” said Bruce Nicely, Principal of Southern States Regional Center. “The features of the EB-5 Fund Administration solution, such as financial tracking and an audit trail, really allow for full visibility on both our end and the investor’s end.”

NES Financial’s suite of EB-5 solutions was built to cover the entire EB-5 life cycle, from start to finish. EB-5 Intelligent Escrow, EB-5 Fund Administration, and EB-5 Immigration Workflow track and manage the flow of funds and immigration documents with the highest levels of security, transparency, and compliance. By handing off the back office administration to NES Financial, EB-5 issuers can reduce their overall expenses, while enabling them to focus on the core needs of their project.

“Like many other Regional Centers, Southern States Regional Center is implementing multiple projects in parallel with one another,” said Reid Thomas, Executive Vice President of NES Financial. “As the EB-5 market leader, we understand the need to have a solution that cost effectively scales as our clients grow from one project and one investor to multiple projects with hundreds or even thousands of investors. Unlike traditional fund administration services, we designed our EB-5 solution suite to meet the growing needs of our clients.”
