Combining NJ MET's quality electronic component screening, qualification and testing programs with S. F. Elecoms' finishing services will benefit S. F. Elecoms' Japanese customers.

Joseph Federico, VP and Director at NJ MET Inc., announced its collaborative effort in working with SF Elecoms Co Ltd. to expand its Electronic Testing Services in Japan.

“Our objective is to provide our 36 plus years of quality electronic component screening, qualification and testing programs to S. F. Elecoms’ leading trade customers specializing in the Japanese defense, space, aviation and nuclear industries,” said Director of Operations Joseph Federico, from NJ MET’s headquarters located in New Jersey.

The key benefits associated with this collaboration are derived from combining NJ MET’s world renown electronic component testing, screening, selection and qualification services with S. F. Elecoms multitude of finishing services for the benefit of the semiconductor manufacturers, electronic services (EMS) providers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and electronics distributors.

Founded in Tokyo in 1979, SF Elecoms Co, Ltd imports products from the U.S.A and Europe to Japan to support assembling final equipment for Japanese major system manufacturers working with the Japan Ministry of Defense, JAXA, Japan Aviation bureau, and the High Energy Accelerator Research Organization.
