Core Solutions’ Client Newtimes Group Recognized as 2014 Apparel Magazine Top Innovator

Apparel Magazine’s annual Top Innovator award recognizes apparel retailers, brands and manufacturers who have deployed new technology in unique ways to improve their business. Newtimes was selected as an innovator based on a thorough review of their project against a number of other nominations from apparel retailers, brands and vendors.

As a result of the implementation, Newtimes has seen a 90 percent reduction in the use of spreadsheets along with a 60 percent increase in revenue — and it has been able to optimize headcount to do far more with the same resources, commented Alex Angelchik, Newtimes CEO. “Prior to the system’s implementation, we did things the traditional way ― with spreadsheets and emails.
