Many consumers are taking a serious look at their lifestyle and realizing they are at their own “fork in the road” when it comes to life choices. Holistic health and nutrition counselor Sheree Clark addresses many of those choices in her show Fork in the Road with Sheree Clark. Because of the overwhelming interest, Clark has released the first season’s thirteen episodes on DVD.
"Often, fear of the unknown keeps us from making changes that improve our lives," says Clark. "This show changes that. By providing glimpses into healthy alternatives, viewers can pick what works for them and move to integrating approaches into their own lives. We ask the questions they can’t or won’t."
“People from all over the world were reaching out to me asking how they could view the show or see the episodes again,” Clark says. “We were fortunate to have the season air a second time in reruns locally but that didn’t help those who don’t live in our original viewing area.”
Fork in the Road with Sheree Clark focuses on helping viewers make decisions about their own health and lifestyles by providing information and inspiration. Show episodes include trips to the farmers’ market, the grocery store and even Sheree's own kitchen. Regional and national food, lifestyle and health experts sit down with Sheree and provide different views on how people can take charge of their health and happiness. Each episode concludes with a simple-yet-delicious recipe, which is downloadable from the Fork in the Road website. Healthy living tips are sprinkled throughout the show.
“We wanted Sheree’s message to resonate far beyond our original viewing area,” says Brooke Benschoter, show developer and producer. “Consequently, the information Sheree provides is applicable anywhere and allows the viewer to derive full benefit from the series information and apply it to where they live easily.”
Fork in the Road with Sheree Clark Season One DVDs are available in the Fork in the Road store on Clark's website. Suggested retail price is $29.95 USD.
Organizations that are interested in offering the DVD as part of a employee or customer program are eligible for quantity discounts. Season One is also available for syndication and is suitable for airing on commercial television stations. Inquiries can be directed to Benschoter at brooke(at)fork-road(dot)com.
