Latest Hire Cements Terramera, Inc.’s Commitment to Research & Development

Terramera, a pioneer in developing effective and safe bio-pesticides for pest management, announced the addition of Doug Chou as a Senior Scientist to their R&D team. Dr. Chou brings over 10 years of hands on experience in the pharmaceutical industry. His broad background includes process development, technology transfer, project management and manufacturing of drug substances.

According to Dr. Annett Rozek, Terramera’s Chief Scientific Officer, ‘Dr. Chou will play a crucial role in enhancing our process development. He brings extensive experience in the development and management of processes, formulations and in QA/QC. At Cardiome Pharma Corp. he was a key member of a team that completed the syntheses and regulatory documentations of reference standards, process impurities, and degradants for Brinavess™ NDA, approved in Europe and Latin America (intravenous formulation) for the rapid conversion of recent onset atrial fibrillation to sinus rhythm in adults’.
