Haynes and Boone New York Continues Growth with Addition of Transaction Lawyer Greg Kramer
New York, New York (PRWEB) May 27, 2014 -- Greg Kramer, a lawyer with extensive experience in representing issuers and investors in a wide variety of transactions, has rejoined Haynes and Boone, LLP New York as a partner in the firm’s Capital Markets and Securities Practice Group.
Kramer represents issuers and investors in various transactions including securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital, secured lending and structured finance. He also advises investors in numerous transactions including private equity investments, establishing managed accounts and various investment strategies such as merger arbitrage, investor activism and other event driven programs.

He received his juris doctorate from Fordham University School of Law and Bachelor of Arts from New York University.
