Resnik Partners, a Career Partners International firm, announces Bart McCoy has joined the firm as an Equity Partner and the new Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
McCoy will lead the Career Partners International Denver office’s new client acquisition initiatives that introduce a new model for leadership development, career transition and strategic alliances for growth.

McCoy brings 12 years of sales and customer experience in workforce planning, analytics and HR business solutions, including seven successful years of industry specific sales in leadership development and career transition services. As the Vice President of Business Development for Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH), McCoy was responsible for both the Colorado and Nebraska markets and was a multi-year SuperStar and President’s Circle award winner.
