GoEngineer Kids Camp Coming to Duncan, the Heart of the Chisholm Trail, Oklahoma

The Duncan Area Economic Development Foundation (DAEDF) continues to accept registrations for a GoEngineer Kids Camp, ages 10-18 years, Friday, August 1st, 2014, 9 am to 3 pm in the DAEDF Conference Room, 8100 N Highway 81, Duncan, OK. Registrations are first come first serve, so don't delay.
The free camp will provide basic introduction to SolidWorks 3D CAD design & Stratasys 3D Printing. This camp is a stepping stone to assist and prepare for a future in the diverse field of manufacturing. Duncan, OK is a strong manufacturing hub in Oklahoma, with many opportunities for individuals with needed skill sets. It is never to early to plan for future employment and develop interests.
Duncan Area Economic Development Foundation is hosting this camp as part of the Duncan, OK, "Dream It! Do It!" culture. "Dream It! Do It!" is a career pathway associated with the Manufacturing Institute and the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM). The Duncan camp will be taught by Mr. Tandy Banks. Mr. Banks is an Elite Applications Engineer for GoEngineer. Other camps will be held in Salt Lake City, St. George, Houston, Woodland Hills, Santa Ana, San Diego, Oklahoma City, Santa Clara, Dallas, Sacramento and Tulsa.
