Connecticut Business Expo 2014 Unveils Show Highlights
Hartford, Conn. (PRWEB) May 27, 2014 -- Free Admission - Connect and learn about new products, expand your customer base and meet new prospects, as the Hartford Business Journal presents the 2014 Connecticut Business Expo. The Expo will feature hundreds of exhibitors, free educational seminars, must-attend networking events and resources for businesses across the state. The 14th annual business expo will run 9 a.m.-4 p.m., Thursday, June 5, 2014 at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford.

This Expo kicks off with the Business Champions Awards Breakfast from 7:15-8:45 a.m., recognizing privately held companies in the categories of innovation, workforce and sustainable practices and revenue growth – plus the addition of an award recognizing the best new launch or startup.
A new feature to this year’s Expo is the Hartford Business Journal Trivia Challenge - Lunch, set to take place 11:45 a.m.-12:45 p.m. in the Building Business Hub. Participants using their smartphones will be challenged to answer a series of multiple choice questions about business in Connecticut. The top three highest scores will win a prize, with a grand prize of a suite at the XL Center to the highest scorer. A $15 registration fee is required and includes a boxed lunch. Attendees can round out the day by visiting some of the more than 180 exhibits, attending presentations and participating in educational seminars. The event will conclude with a meet and greet at the 'Commissioners Reception' from 3– 4p.m. in the Connecticut Convention Center Atrium.
The 2014 Connecticut Business Expo will also feature more than 20 educational seminars on topics such as building business, sales and marketing.
