Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) June 03, 2014

Oracle Gold Partner, EmeraldCube Solutions, announced today their Director of Business Intelligence, Jeremy Harms, will present at Kscope 14 in Seattle, Washington. Harms, who has over 10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, works directly with clients to build go to market capabilities and implement EmeraldVision, EmeraldCube’s hassle-free SaaS based Business Intelligence Solution built specifically for JD Edwards customers. Kscope 14 is presented by ODTUG, an independent, not-for-profit, global organization whose sole purpose is to keep its audience on the cutting-edge of the constantly changing technology landscape. The conference attracts influential developers, administrators, architects and Oracle business users, who gather for content sharing and networking in Seattle from June 22-26.

Harms session entitled, “Sorry, McGinley: Even Advanced OBIEE Modeling and Front-End Features Show Big Ten Football < SEC Football”, will be held on June 25, from 2:00 pm – 3:00pm. Using a college football data warehouse comprised of detail play-by-play statistics as an example, Harms will illustrate how some potentially lesser-known OBIEE front-end features and graphing approaches can be leveraged on various BI projects. He will also review a “how-to” of various OBIEE topics including: newer OBIEE 11.1.1.7 front-end options, Presentation Hierarchy column oddities and modeling work-around against relational data sets, Smart View based analyses against OBIEE and many more.

“Whether you actually care about the various OBIEE modeling and front-end topics I will cover or just want to come to heckle, hiss and cheer for your favorite most reviled football conference, this is a session that you don’t want to miss,” says Harms.
