Do the work once, make profits again and again.
San Diego, California (PRWEB) May 29, 2014
Travis Tollestrup and his wife are raising seven kids in San Diego, one of the most expensive cities in America. Aaron Halderman and his wife are doing the same with four kids of their own, including twins, and number 5 on the way. Aaron and Travis thrive by investing in real estate mortgage notes and teaching others how to do the same. They are also holding a live event in San Diego to get others that info - The 2014 Note Investor Summit LIVE June 12-14th.
Travis and Aaron, seasoned real estate & note investors, moved to San Diego to to flip houses for profit. Travis: “I’d find a house, determine what repairs it needed, buy it at a discount and then resell it as quickly as possible.” The recent rebound in the real estate market has made this much more competitive and harder to make a profit. Plus, “I wanted a turnkey solution. Do the work once, make profits again and again. And I wanted to play on a national scale.”
When they discovered real estate mortgage notes they created a business. When asked about it, Aaron says, “I invest in notes for my business and I teach others how to use notes in their own portfolios and do this in their spare time.”
Travis and Aaron:
-Launched a new convention for RE investors - Note Investor Summit LIVE (NIS).
-Realized attendees pay too much money for other conventions.
-Not enough value; these meetings would give a little information, then leave attendees frustrated that they still didn’t know how to implement the ideas clearly. Instead, they’d have to pay another large sum of cash to purchase up-sold materials, or the recordings of the event; sometimes costing more than the event.
-Much of that material they bought and now use with clients.
-Created two businesses to find, fund, educate about and create Real Estate notes -Max ROI Media, Inc. and Capstone Funding Group, Inc.
