Security Life Insurance Company of America is pleased to announce Anthony Andrea is joining the company as Regional Vice President of Sales. Anthony will be responsible for the development and on-boarding of employee benefit broker relationships, with a focus on employee groups of 25-500 lives.

Security Life Insurance Company of America is pleased to announce Anthony Andrea is joining the company as Regional Vice President of Sales. Anthony will be responsible for the development and on-boarding of employee benefit broker relationships, with a focus on employee groups of 25-500 lives.

Based out of Illinois, Anthony brings over 22 years of insurance and leadership experience to his new role. He previously served as Regional Sales Director at Nationwide Employee Benefits where he was responsible for sales development and account retention in Illinois, Texas, Michigan, Indiana and Wisconsin.

Since the start of his career, Anthony has held senior sales and management positions in group insurance with MetLife, Assurant Employee Benefits and Nationwide Mutual Insurance Group – to name a few. He was one of the original Regional Sales Managers when Nationwide rolled out its subsidiary, Nationwide Employee Benefits, in 2009. Anthony has a proven track record of success as he was promoted to Regional Sales Director in 2011 and finished 2013 as the top producing Sales Director for Nationwide Employee Benefits.

Anthony will report directly to CEO, Mark Zesbaugh. “Security Life is committed to growing its presence in the employee benefit space,” said Zesbaugh. “Anthony has demonstrated not only success in building relationships with key distribution partners, but also achieving outstanding results in new sales development and account retention in the employee benefits space.
