Special Head, the Levitation Performer, Goes on US Tour With the Emergency Circus
National (PRWEB) May 30, 2014 -- Special Head is best known as the levitation performer from last season's America's Got Talent. Special Head has just embarked on a magic and performance tour with "The Emergency Circus", a charity group that brings circus arts and magic performances to children's hospitals, foster care centers, and nursing homes. Their philosophy is that "love is the best medicine." - Dr. Patch Adams. The Emergency Circus is a division of the Gesundheit Institute, a 501c3 non profit founded by Dr. Patch Adams.
The tour kicked off with a benefit carnival this past weekend in New Orleans. The Carnival was attended by Jeff Dowd the original "The Dude" from the movie "The Big Lebowski" (The actual person the movie was based off of not the actor who played him). "The Dude" writes: "Wow, this was a very inspirational show that gets people to believe in their own super powers. I got to see Special Head Levitate which was very powerful"
Aside from the non public need based shows the tour will have several benefit shows in the following cities:
