Wake Forest & Rolesville, NC (PRWEB) May 28, 2014
The landscape at the master planned community of Heritage in Wake Forest and Rolesville, NC is changing again. After the first release of new home sites in Heritage Enclave this past February, more than 30 lots were purchased by custom home builders. Now, the first home in the neighborhood is underway with more to follow soon.
The start in construction is fueled by two factors: an active market of home buyers and the 2014 Parade Of Homes. In fact, four members of the Heritage Builder’s Guild – Homes By Dickerson, Braswell Custom Homes, Medallion Construction, and L and L of Raleigh, Inc. – have entered Heritage Enclave homes in the 49th Annual Parade of Homes.
“We look forward to the Parade of Homes every year,” says Andy Ammons, president of Ammons Development Group, Heritage developer. “This year is especially exciting because we’re seeing the first vertical movement in Heritage Enclave as construction begins on our Parade homes. In the past our builder team has led the pack in the number of Parade entries and awards. This year we expect an impressive turnout as well.”
Homes in Heritage Enclave, the final neighborhood in the community that began more than a decade ago, are expected to be priced in the $500’s and up.
There are currently five Heritage homes committed to the Parade of Homes with more expected. In addition to the four in Heritage Enclave, CityScape Builders has entered a home that is being built in Heritage Cornerstone. Presented by the Home Builder’s Association of Wake County, the 49th Annual Parade of Homes is a three weekend event that will take place October 4th - 5th, 10th - 12th, and 17th - 19th..
