The webinars are another tier in the efforts to provide DNS Made Easy customers and other users with information to better serve their clients.

DNS Made Easy launched the first webinar in a series of free online informational resources. The webinar –Directing Your Users Around the World in Record Speed – had more than 250 attendees.
Topics included Global Traffic Director (GTD) and ways to increase internet speed as well as DNS failover, uptime and how all this ties together to create a better end user experience.
Some of the information presented during the webinar was:
GTD directs traffic to different hosts in different geographic locations, which translates into faster responses to queries. DNE Made Easy regionally divides traffic among different servers or data centers users can easily increase the performance of web application and services.
When users are accessing sites and services at a faster pace, they are given a much higher level of service, which directly relates to higher revenue, higher productivity and a competitive advantage.
In addition, DNS Failover and system monitoring helps limit downtime and prevents loss of sales. This system notifies administrators of server status and can make automatic changes. The system automatically updates DNS based on server availability.
The webinars are another tier in the efforts to provide DNS Made Easy customers and other users with information to better serve their clients.
Other efforts to help provide information include the recent launch of an extensive tutorial help page to assist users in understanding DNS and configurations as well as how it works with business. DNS Made Easy created the tutorials based on client feedback. The goal is to provide an educational center to help increase knowledge and understanding of DNS services.
Examples of information included in the tutorials include how to add a domain name, delete a domain, view assigned name servers, configure reverse DNS, configure DNS failover and even learn how to start a free trial.

DNS Made Easy is dedicated to helping increase knowledge, understanding and skills in any way possible. These webinars and tutorials are the building blocks for that education.
Users that attended the webinar were also given a look at Constellix Sonar a sneak peek at Constellix DNS, the next generation of DNS developed by Tiggee, the creators of DNS Made Easy.
