Discussion Will Focus on Findings from Global Survey of 100+ Retail Executives

Brickstream, a leader in in-store analytics, today announced that it will host an upcoming webinar, “Where In-Store Analytics Are Taking Retail”, in partnership with RetailWire, the industry’s premier online discussion forum for all things retail. Taking place on Wednesday, June 4 at 12 p.m. ET, the webinar will summarize the findings of Brickstream’s recent survey of executives from 124 global retail corporations about how they plan to use in-store analytics in their organizations to improve operational performance and enhance the multi-channel shopping experience.

For the survey, Brickstream interviewed retail executives in operations, marketing, merchandising and loss prevention from the U.S., South America, Europe and Asia. A panel of experts from RetailWire’s BrainTrust group will discuss the survey highlights during the webinar, including noted researcher Donna Hamlin, CEO of Hamlin Harkins, Ltd.; Mark Heckman, a retail industry consultant and former director of marketing research at Marsh Supermarkets and former vice president of marketing for Randalls Foods; and Brickstream’s vice president of marketing, Christina Ellwood. Al McClain, CEO and co-founder of RetailWire will moderate the panel and raise the following questions:
