After a 14 year run with Fox Sports Radio, The Tailgate Tour announced it is moving on to a new relationship with Yahoo! Sports Radio. Celebrating its 15 year anniversary, The Tailgate Tour continues to be the nation’s longest running and largest college football fan experience at events and online supported by some of the largest brands in the country. As the official radio network of the Tailgate Tour, Yahoo! Sports Radio will have complete access to tours assets as well as a powerful joint promotional platform and sales channel.
The Tailgate Tour will kick off Labor Day weekend at the start of college football season and be on the road for 14 straight weeks reaching a powerful schedule and fans in the SEC, BIG 10, ACC and BIG 12. The tour had an overall reach of over 1.5 million consumers at events and total reach across assets exceeding 13 million in 2013. Yahoo Sports Radio will be onsite as well as incorporated into the tours sports skills challenges.
