IDT911 Establishes R&D Department and Hires Chief Strategy Officer to Drive Strategic Growth and Expand Services Globally
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. The team will focus on key strategic initiatives in the personal and commercial insurance, financial services, healthcare, and the Human Resources marketplace for identity management and data risk services. The unit will be responsible for leading the charge on expanding the company’s global strategy and launching key offerings to drive the growth of the company.
Alex has over fifteen years of product research and development experience in the insurance industry. Previously, he served as director of product development at Farmers Insurance where he launched the Farmers Identity Shield Program. Alex was promoted to Farmers’ parent company, Zurich Financial Services, to vice president of global proposition development for consumer lines. In his various roles he worked closely with Zurich business units around the globe to develop and launch a variety of insurance offerings.
Most recently, Alex served as vice president and general manager of the Home vertical at LexisNexis Risk Solutions. In this role, he managed an insurance business which delivered data and analytics throughout the policy lifecycle for over 300 insurance customers

Prior to joining IDT911, Ed was in private practice, concentrating on e-commerce, privacy, criminal law, civil litigation and business law is an expert on subjects ranging from cyber and data breach insurance policies and data breach response planning, He is a member in good standing of both the International Association of Privacy Professionals and the International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators, and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) with designations for the U.S., Canada and European Union. Program Manager Rich Morris has nine years of product management and strategy in web, mobile app/mobile web, user experience, customer self-service and software with companies like TriWest Healthcare Alliance and SkyMall Inc. Combined, the team will drive product growth and innovation in North America and in new offices around the globe.
