Silverlink Execs to Lead Upcoming AIS Virtual Workshop on Consumer Engagement Strategies for Health Plans

Kathleen Ellmore is Silverlink’s vice president of engagement sciences. She counsels Silverlink’s health care clients on creating exceptional consumer experiences and building world-class brands. With a unique combination of deep consumer marketing and health care expertise, she helps clients transform their customer outreach and drive improved behaviors and better health. Through an understanding of consumer behavior, segmentation, intervention and data analysis, Ms. Ellmore collaborates with her clients to navigate the major changes occurring in the U.S. health care system today.
Jack Newsom, Sc.D., is Silverlink’s vice president of marketing analytics. He is responsible for providing overall vision and execution of Silverlink’s analytics strategy. These activities include targeting, micro-segmentation, maintaining rigorous research methodologies, and testing (and retesting) communications interventions to maximize the impact of communications programs that drive health behaviors. Dr. Newsom manages a team of analysts who have extensive experience in mining, analyzing, managing and designing experiments to leverage health care, demographic and behavioral data. His focus includes improving the results of Silverlink’s communications campaigns, tracking performance and identifying and sharing best practices of analytics in health care communications.
Workshop participants will also hear from John C. Georgesen, Ph.D., senior director, research analytics and decision sciences at Convergys Corporation, and Brand A. Newland, Pharm.D., MBA, a vice president at OutcomesMTM.
