New Partner for Carbon Trade Exchange in the US - Appointment of Grail Partners as an Affiliate and Advisor
New York, NY (PRWEB) May 29, 2014 -- Carbon Trade Exchange (CTX) is quickly expanding into the US, with the appointment of Donald H. Putnam, Managing Partner and Founder of Grail Partners, as an Affiliate and Advisor. Don’s addition to CTX as an Advisor will draw upon his many years of experience in strategic, financial and technical insights in the investment industry from around the globe.
“We feel Mr. Putnam is uniquely suited to help CTX find opportunities for new partnerships, users or visibility where appropriate from institutional parties who may be interested in the product themselves. He will help us bring the exchange more awareness,” said Nathan Rockliff, Chief Operating Officer for CTX.
Grail Partners will work closely with the partners in their New York and San Francisco offices.
“Don is very familiar with our business model having previously founded Putnam Lovell, a boutique investment bank focused on financial services. Grail’s team has served as advisors to many of the largest M&A transactions in the financial services space and we look forward to Grail helping us to expand our presence outside of our headquarters in Sydney, Australia,” Nathan commented.
This partnership follows the relocation of Nathan Rockliff to New York earlier this month, in addition to the appointment of Lee West as Director and Chief Strategic Officer for the US, and Scott Hernandez as Head of North America Sales & Trading. CTX has strategic relationships with APX Environmental Registry and the major voluntary carbon standards including Gold Standard, VCS, Climate Action Reserve and American Carbon Registry.
