WPI Communications launches eNewsletter for Optometrists.

WPI Communications, Inc., a newsletter marketing firm that helps dentists, physicians, optometrists, physical therapists and other professionals maximize revenue through increased patient contact and referrals, has just released a new marketing product for optometrists. The monthly eNewsletter, titled Good Vision!, is a full-service, turn-key marketing system that helps optometrists keep in regular contact with their patients.

The Good Vision! eNewsletter will help optometrists:

  • keep their names in front of patients on a regular basis
  • reinforce their credibility as an authority in eye care by providing valuable information
  • encourage word-of-mouth referrals

With the Good Vision! eNewsletter marketing program, professionals at WPI Communications do all the work—from preparing expert, informative content and designing each issue of the newsletter to sending it out every month. To get started with Good Vision! eNewsletter, optometrists need only provide a list of e-mail addresses. The WPI staff takes it from there.

Each article in Good Vision! reminds patients of the importance of maintaining their eye health. WPI Communications’ extensive experience with health care practices finds that well-educated patients are more likely to follow through on examinations and treatments, and recommend their optometrists to family members, friends and colleagues.

“The more you engage and educate patients, the more loyal they will be to your optometry practice,” said Steve Klinghoffer, president of WPI Communications. “This will even encourage them to refer their friends to your optometry practice. Through an effective e-mail newsletter program like Good Vision! eNewsletter, practice revenue can only improve. This is an ideal way for optometrists to build their practices.”

While WPI Communications prepares and sends the eNewsletter, optometrists are free to customize it with their own colors and fonts, and even change the newsletter name. They may also include special announcements about their practice.

Optometrists who send this newsletter will have access to quarterly tracking reports detailing how many recipients open each issue of the eNewsletter. WPI Communications will also provide optometrists with a list of bounced e-mail addresses, upon request, so that optometrists can update their internal e-mail records.

Good Vision! is offered on a geographically exclusive basis, meaning that only one optometrist in a given area will be licensed to send the newsletter. Good Vision! eNewsletter is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Optometrists interested in marketing their practices with this newsletter marketing tool should call Sari Klinghoffer at 973-544-0410 or e-mail her at slklinghoffer(at)wpicommunications(dot)com.
