Lombardi, formerly Vice President and Principal Analyst for the Human Capital Management research practice at Aberdeen Group, becomes Vice President of Workforce Management Practice and Principal Analyst at Brandon Hall Group.
Laurano, former Research Director of Aberdeen’s Human Capital Management practice, becomes Vice President of Talent Acquisition Practice and Principal Analyst at BHG.

Lombardi has spent the last 15 years working with HR leaders across the globe, and has conducted research that includes surveys and interviews with tens of thousands of end-users to understand the key workforce challenges facing today’s organizations. Before her work at Aberdeen, Lombardi worked as an independent consultant providing executive development, leadership development and talent strategy consulting to clients in a wide variety of industries. She also has been a consultant with The Concours Group.
