Vanguard University’s renowned School of Graduate and Professional Studies is proud to announce the WASC Senior College and University Commission approval of the Master of Science in organizational psychology program. The program prepares students for highly competitive professional practice in the field, and delivers professional opportunities in industrial and organizational psychology.

“Organizational psychology is a real growth area,” said Dr. Andrew Stenhouse, dean of School for Graduate and Professional Studies at Vanguard University. “Employment statistics are highly favorable for masters-level graduates. Our accrediting team affirmed us for our strong program and I believe graduates from our organizational psychology program will have a distinctive advantage in the workplace.”

The mission of the organizational psychology program at Vanguard is designed specifically to prepare students for professional excellence, ethical leadership, and service to society by enriching life in the workplace.

“This new program allows Vanguard to expand our graduate studies offerings so as to better serve our communities in a growing professional area,” said vice president for enrollment management, Kim Johnson.

“Vanguard University has played a huge role in moving my career forward. I had the confidence that I could immediately build and manage teams, manage conflict, and develop strategic plans for the departments I oversaw,” said Jeremy Moser, CPA, CTP.

The class schedule is highly desirable to students because of the convenient class schedule, which meets once a week in the evenings, 3 Saturdays a year, and includes online learning enhancements.
