iPhotonix Announces Hiring of Cuau Nivon as Director of Technical Sales & Customer Support
Richardson, TX (PRWEB) May 29, 2014 -- iPhotonix, the world leader in Optical Access Platforms, today announced the hiring of Cuau Nivon to be Director of Technical Sales & Customer Support. Cuau will lead the expansion of iPho-Care Support offerings due to be released June 2014. The iPho-Care support portfolio offers service providers a high level of support for the entire iPhotonix product portfolio, and covers all stages of the customer’s relationship cycle including product selection, product delivery and implementations.
“iPho-Care actually starts when a customer has decided to evaluate our product and continues on for all stages of the product lifecycle. The best way to ensure excellent customer experience is to provide continuity of support from the very early stages of product selection through deployment, including implementation and installations and then use as an in-service product. Cuau brings the right skill set to achieve such a result,” says Jeff Mulqueen, Deputy CEO and VP of Sales and Business Development.
Prior to joining iPhotonix, Cuau was a member of the Technical Support Engineering team for Transmode Systems; prior to that he was International Customer Lead Global with AFC, which became Tellabs.
