Recent Project Proves BurtonWright Mechanical Contractors Committed to Customers
Fayetteville, AR (PRWEB) May 29, 2014 -- BurtonWright Mechanical Contractors know that not every job goes as planned. Sometimes, as in the case of their most recent project, there can be a number of obstacles to get through. In this project, it was BurtonWright’s reaction to the difficulties that proved customer service is always a top priority.
For this recent project, BurtonWright was hired by a senior apartment complex to fix furnace flue vents. A crew member stepped on and broke a sprinkler pipe, sending gallons of water into the facility and causing significant water damage and displacing some of the residents.
Kevin Wright, owner of BurtonWright, told the residents, “We strive to keep customer service as our core value. We realize the stress this caused many of you, but we will do everything we can to minimize your stress levels and return you to your homes.”
BurtonWright stepped up and provided hotels, food and boarding for residents’ pets while their apartments were repaired. They also covered expenses for additional CNAs at the hotel to ensure the residents’ safety and comfort.
Meanwhile, BurtonWright, with the help of several other professional contractors, restored the apartments. The company took care of moving and unpacking furniture and boxes, and residents were able to return to their homes within days.
BurtonWright is a small, local, family owned operation in service since 2002. Kevin Wright, a local Navy veteran, is the owner and operator of the company. He and his crew work throughout the NWA area providing proper heating and cooling to residents and businesses. Kevin Wright holds his crew to a high standard: they don’t make excuses; they make it right.
