Epstein Becker Green and EBG Advisors announce the summer schedule for the well-received 2014 Population Health Webinar Series. The ongoing series of webinars spotlights emerging trends in population health through the insights of several nationally known thought leaders in health care.

Session VII: How will “Big Data” and “IT Integration” Impact Population Health Management Strategies?

o Session Description: One of the hallmarks of emerging population health strategies is leveraging data and analytic tools to promote better clinical and financial outcomes for patients and payors. The presentation begins by reviewing the proliferation of health care data sources and the challenges of integrating this disparate information. This webinar also will examine the rise of big data and other innovative computational methods that should improve how information is shared and disseminated in terms of data capture, speed, interoperability, accuracy, analysis and visualization. In addition, this session will:

-Some of the emerging legal and reporting requirements based upon ACA and state requirements.
