Loeppke started out as a sales manager, later moving into positions including sales executive, financial consultant, and marketing consultant. In these roles, Loeppke developed close and personal relationships with clients, ensuring premium customer service and retention. In 2006, Loeppke assumed the role of financial consultant, fostering his financial service product knowledge and working to further increase sales of such products. In his most recent position as a marketing consultant, Loeppke focused on recruiting, running value-add programs, and working with agents to find suitable solutions for clients.
