Dr. Sid Solomon's Dental Mouth Guard Improves Back Pain and Marriage
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) May 30, 2014 -- A 75-foot fall in an elevator left Mindy with severe TMJ and neck and back pain, which she sought treatment for from Dr. Sid Solomon. Dr. Solomon is a neuromuscular dentist who uses his training in neuromuscular dentistry to align the teeth and jaw to alleviate symptoms such as TMJ, tension headaches and grinding of the teeth. Dr. Solomon treated Mindy at his Westwood, CA practice, who had a severe elevator accident that caused the TMJ, improper alignment of the jaw and gastro-paralysis.
NBC's The Doctors featured Dr. Solomon for the dental orthotic mouth guard, curing patient Mindy's back pain. Dr. Solomon had created an orthotic to open Mindy’s bite and bring the jaw forward and align the misalignment of the teeth. This resulted in a significant improvement in Mindy’s overall health and well-being with her sleep improving drastically the first night of treatment. Mindy was able to breathe better and more oxygen was allowed into her body, relieving her of her many other symptoms. Her husband stated that, “she had come back to life.” Dr. Travis Stork of NBC's The Doctors noted that Dr. Solomon’s orthotic mouth guard had improved their marriage. The orthotic created the optimal position for the jaw joint and captured the 3D space which allowed the creation of an improvement.
Neuromuscular dentistry is a specialized form of dentistry that includes only 2% of dentists. Dr. Solomon has three practices and 27 years in practice, with the primary practice located in Westwood. Dr. Solomon treats patients for tension headaches, neuromuscular alignment of the jaw and neck, and TMJ, along with being an expert and spectacular cosmetic dentist who can alleviate headaches while creating a beautiful smile.
