Sunrise, FL (PRWEB) May 30, 2014

Sungarden Investment Research (http://www.sungardeninvestment.com) announced today that investment industry veteran Vincent Esposito has joined the firm as its Managing Partner. Vince plans to use his more than two decades of comprehensive work in the investment management industry to help investors get the most out of their business relationship with Sungarden. He will operate primarily out of Sungarden’s new northeast office in Guilford, CT, expanding the firm beyond its South Florida headquarters.

He most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer of Spruce Hill Capital, LLC., a Registered Investment Advisor. Vince was also a member of the Spruce Hill Capital’s Investment Committee and was instrumental in developing and executing their disciplined investment process. His addition to the Sungarden’s leadership team helps the firm pursue its vision to expand its investment reach while prioritizing client relationships. Vince will also help to manage the firm’s growth, which has seen its assets under advisement increase from about $40mm at its January 2012 inception to over $150mm today.

Vince comments “I’m fortunate to be joining a nationally-respected company that prides itself on indispensable service and an innovative investment approach. Over the past year Sungarden Investment Research has been a critical investment research source. Their strategic advice and portfolio models have played a major role in how I manage client accounts. As a result of my work with them, I have come to know founder Rob Isbitts and the Sungarden team very well. I will now have the pleasure of working more closely with them. We all believe this is an ideal combination to guide our clients through the most important years of their life as investors.”

Rob Isbitts, Founder and Chief Investment Strategist for Sungarden Investment Research said, “Vince’s deep understanding and industry knowledge has already made him a key addition to the Sungarden family. We view his appointment as a sign of our commitment to constantly evolve and provide our clients with the best our industry has to offer. Our investment innovations in the area of retirement income investing, plus the ever-increasing service requirements of our retired and retiring clients led us to look for an addition to our leadership team. We needed someone who could identify with where our business is now, and is as excited as we are about where our differentiated approach to investing and client service can take us. We were very fortunate to find someone of Vince’s caliber to take a leading role here.”

Vince will continue to serve his clients and will be an active member of the Sungarden Investment Committee.
