Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches Unanimously Votes to Support the Minto West Project

Minto Communities has presented the plans for the 3,800-acre property formerly known as the Callery-Judge Grove in western Palm Beach County to the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches which resulted in a unanimous decision of support for Minto West.

Minto Communities has presented the plans for the 3,800-acre property formerly known as the Callery-Judge Grove in western Palm Beach County to the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches which resulted in a unanimous decision of support for Minto West. The unanimous decision by the board to support Minto West is in favor of the comprehensive land plan change to increase the overall density to 1.7 residences per acre. Plans call for employment centers for office space, aerospace/ technology research and development, retail, and 6,500 residences as well as a 150-room hotel.

“Minto’s strategic growth plan to build the community over the next 20 -25 years is an excellent addition to Palm Beach County and the board voted unanimously to support Minto West,” stated Dennis Grady, CEO of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches. “We look forward to seeing the mixed use development in our community.”
