Organizers of the 15th Annual Call Center Week conference have named Bright Pattern a Call Center Week Awards finalist for excellence in the contact center industry.

Bright Pattern, a next-generation cloud contact-center innovator, is a leading contender for the Best Technology Solution Provider award, with the winner to be announced at the premier contact center industry conference in Las Vegas, Nevada next week.
