The Fayetteville Athletic Club is proud to announce the addition of a new total wellness program. The Lifestyle, Education and Nutrition coaching program (L.E.A.N.) is designed to give members who are interested in improving their overall health and lifestyle the opportunity to learn more about how their nutrition, daily habits and overall lifestyle contributes to personal health and fitness success.

L.E.A.N. will be run by Arkansas registered and licensed dietitian Sara Davis, the newest addition to the FAC team as Director of Nutrition. Enrollment in the program will provide complimentary lifestyle and nutrition education provided by Davis, as well as guidance from professional fitness staff members.
