(PRWEB) June 03, 2014 -- Leonardo Worldwide Corporation and Europe’s oldest luxury hotel group, Kempinski Hotels Group, today announce an expanded agreement. Kempinski has subscribed to Leonardo’s VScape Digital Asset Management System for many years, syndicating media for its portfolio of five-star hotels in 31 countries to travel channels including GDS (Global Distribution System) and IDS (Internet Distribution System) networks in Leonardo’s VNetwork. The enhanced agreement includes an upgraded subscription to the Enterprise level of VScape and the addition of a Workflow and Approval Engine.
Kempinski will utilize their expanded version of VScape as a central repository to store, manage and syndicate visual content efficiently by automating complex tasks, including:
• Bulk image uploading and automatic resizing and re-ormatting to multiple sizes and formats according to travel website and device requirements
• Identifying duplicate and rogue images using advanced algorithms
• Distributing hotel property images directly to all four GDSs, Pegasus and 120+ channels as well as tens of thousands of forward distribution channels
• Synchronizing content from multiple sources for multiple applications using XML connectivity with Kempinski’s web content management system
The Workflow and Approval Engine that Kempinski has added to their VScape subscription unlocks additional features to bring even greater efficiency to image management processes and further ensures the consistency and integrity of the Kempinski brand image across Leonardo’s VNetwork. Kempinski benefits from:
• Advanced capability to decentralize workflows by giving properties the ability to upload media through a seamless login.
• Processes to approve, reject and provide feedback on media uploaded by properties for syndication.
