Greenberg Traurig Shareholder Scott M. Grossman Elected President-Elect of the Bankruptcy Bar Association of the Southern District of Florida

Scott M. Grossman, a Shareholder with the Business Reorganization and Financial Restructuring Practice Group of the international law firm Greenberg Traurig, P.A., has been elected as President-Elect of the Bankruptcy Bar Association of the Southern District of Florida for the 2014-2015 term. Grossman has served on the board since 2010 when he was first elected as treasurer of the association.

His experience includes bankruptcy cases in the areas of real estate, hospitality, financial fraud and bank holding companies. Grossman also litigates and advises clients regarding bankruptcy tax matters, Florida’s Constitutional Homestead Exemption, fraudulent transfer and preference claims, and dischargeability issues.
