Intrepid Learning is pleased to announce that Darin Hartley, Vice President of Sales at Intrepid Learning, has been presented with the CPLP Fellow Award by the Association for Talent Development Certification Institute (ATD CI) at ATD’s 2014 International Conference & Exposition held in Washington, D.C.
Hartley was recognized for his leadership and support for the professionalization of the learning and development field and the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP®) credential. He is a long-time supporter and contributor to ATD CI, and was responsible for setting up the overarching governance board for ATD CI in 2001. Hartley’s contributions to the CPLP certification process include serving as a board member for ATD CI from January 2011 to December 2012, and as the board chair in 2012. During his tenure on the board he provided leadership and direction to the CPLP program, including ways to incorporate new technologies into the program.
