As an inaugural member of the Sprint Cloud Application Provider program, Thinking Phone Networks simplifies the delivery of cloud UC to businesses.

Thinking Phone Networks today announced a collaboration with Sprint aimed at enabling the delivery and deployment of cloud-based unified communications (UC) by coupling Thinking Phone Networks’ offer with Sprint’s Global MPLS services for businesses.

Thinking Phone Networks is an inaugural member of Sprint’s new Cloud Application Provider (CAP) Extranet program, which enables connectivity between qualified cloud application providers (like Thinking Phone Networks) and Sprint’s global MPLS customers. This relationship provides security, expedites access to cloud services, and improves end user satisfaction by eliminating network bottlenecks for critical cloud applications.

Existing MPLS customers with BGP or static routing can be quickly connected to an installed CAP Extranet provider, needing only the initial subscriber letter of authorization and the CAP Extranet provider implementation instructions for connection.

“Sprint offers a rich portfolio of cloud-based collaboration tools to businesses today. Our new CAP program enables cloud solution providers to offer their customers direct and secure connectivity to their cloud application through our MPLS network,” said Craig Safir, director of cloud and converged markets, Sprint. “This greatly reduces the time it takes for a cloud solution provider to onboard new customers.”

Thinking Phone Networks offers business customers high-quality cloud UC services spanning IP voice, video, mobility, analytics, presence, contact center, unified messaging and conferencing, along with dramatically reduced delivery timeframes.

“Enterprise customers choose Thinking Phone Networks for the breadth and quality of our services. The quality of the network is critical in the delivery of real-time cloud communications, and we are excited to work with Sprint to provide a secure solution for our suite of UC products,” said Chris Hurley, vice president, strategic alliances at Thinking Phone Networks. “Sprint’s commitment to innovation and the international coverage of their network make them a great collaborator for us.”
