Ben Tiblets, Co-President of Consuro Managed Technology, has announced the addition of account managers Kelli Petty and Eric Bishop to the company. The positions streamline Consuro’s customer service process and create separate account manager roles for professional and managed services customers.
Consuro is an award-winning information technology managed services provider (MSP) with offices across Texas, and customers throughout the state and the nation. Ms. Petty will be based out of Consuro’s Dallas office, and Mr. Bishop will be based out of the company’s Fort Worth headquarters and data center.

According to the IT company, Consuro’s customers are either project-based or ongoing, managed services clients. With the addition of Ms. Petty and Mr. Bishop and the resulting restructuring of the account management team, Consuro clients will have a dedicated advocate to guide them through support needs, new purchases, IT opportunities and more.
Ms. Petty will be account manager for the professional services projects, while Mr. Bishop will be account manager for Consuro’s managed services customers.
Prior to joining Consuro, Ms. Petty was Senior Account Manager for a regional managed service provider. Previously, she held various sales and account manager roles in her decade-long tenure at Dell, Inc. Ms. Petty earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Southwest Texas State in family and consumer sciences.
Mr. Bishop was formerly Regional Account Manager for Trend Micro. He has also owned his own IT security consulting company and has a long history of customer service and technical roles. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in management.
