According to a recent GLG survey conducted, less than 15% of leaders have truly defined their personal leadership brands and less than 5% are living them consistently at work – a clear indicator that when leaders find it difficult to establish their identities in the midst of business necessities, an organization’s business model can be negatively impacted.
