Swieter helped to launch and chaired a charter airline that started in 2001, but has worked in sales and business development since she was in her 20's. Although she was successful in those jobs, Swieter found herself looking for a career that would allow her to grow, lead a team and make a difference in people’s lives. She met Growth Coach DFW owner Chris Day through someone she networked with.
