One City Place Expected to Realize $150,000 in Electric Cost Savings After Retaining GreenCrown Energy as Its Energy Consultant

Luxury apartment complex in White Plains, New York, expected to save about $150,000 in electricity usage thanks to new electric and gas procurement contract "brought to the table" by energy consultants at GreenCrown Energy.

One City Place, a luxury residential apartment complex in White Plains, New York, managed by Rose Associates Inc., is expected to realize about $150,000 in electric cost savings after retaining Green Crown Energy to secure the lowest possible rates and terms.
