Roger Royse, founder of Royse Law Firm, a corporate and tax law firm, announced that the firm has formed a strategic partnership with the Founders Space Accelerator. “Royse Law Firm provides mentorship, as well as programs and lectures, for domestic and international entrepreneurs participating in the Founders Space Accelerator and the Founders Space Boot Camp. Our firm is committed to the domestic and international startup community, and we are delighted to partner with Founders Space, which nurtures an incredible network of entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, angels and experts,” said Royse. The Founders Space Accelerator is located at 450 Townsend Street in San Francisco, with 10,000 square feet of space and business facilities dedicated to entrepreneurs. According to Royse, the Accelerator provides more than advice and introductions, it is also “an excellent place for startup teams to network, socialize and incubate.”

“Royse Law Firm is a fantastic resource and has helped our entrepreneurs enormously in structuring and growing their companies,” said Steve Hoffman, Captain of Founders Space. “Roger Royse in particular has worked with our entrepreneurs on funding and growth issues. We’re excited to have Royse Law Firm as an integral contributor to our Accelerator and Boot Camp.” The Founders Space Boot Camp is an intensive four-week program taught by industry experts and, according to Hoffman, “It’s the fastest way to learn what you need to know to run and fund your startup.” Startups graduating from the Boot Camp may be invited to join the Founders Space Accelerator, which runs for two months at the Townsend Street location. Participants in the Accelerator are eligible for investment ranging from $10,000 to $250,000 from the Founders Space Fund, depending on the stage and performance of the startup.
