The SABRE Home Series line marks the first time Target stores have had a dedicated section to home security. The SABRE Home Series, ranging in price from $9.99 to $139.99, has a wide variety of easy-to-use and easy-to-install products:

•SABRE Wireless Home Protection System: The most extensive of the line, this customizable system provides maximum security that can be controlled by a central smart panel or key fob. With over eight security zones to better help identify the area of intrusion, the system offers multiple options for home owners looking to provide protection at multiple entry points in the home.

Additionally, the company offers a wide array of standalone options with built-in alarms as alternatives to a full system:

•SABRE Door/Window Alarm: With over 50 percent of home invasions taking place through a first floor window or backdoor***, this alarm provides an easy but crucial means to ensure that pivotal areas of the house are protected. The alarm sounds at a shocking 120db, louder than an ambulance siren, should the door or window be tampered with by potential intruders.

•SABRE Glass Alarm: This alarm provides a way to protect vulnerable areas of a home like sliding glass doors or windows, sounding at 100 dB, louder than that of a motorcycle engine, should the glass be tampered with or broken.

•SABRE Dorm/Apartment Kit: This kit provides college students a way to feel protected in their dorm or on-the-go while living on their own for the first time. The door stop alarm offers a secure way to block an intruder’s attempted entrance through a door and the window alarm sounds if the window is opened during an attempted intrusion. The kit also includes a personal safety alarm on a keychain to allow students to feel safe and protected while walking around campus.

In addition to the Home Series launch, SABRE is raising awareness to get consumers engaged in a pivotal conversation about their home and personal safety by utilizing the hashtag #SafeIsSmart.
