David Glenn Appointed Vice President of Human Resources at United Methodist Homes of New Jersey
Neptune, NJ (PRWEB) June 06, 2014 -- United Methodist Homes of New Jersey is pleased to announce the appointment of David Glenn to the position of vice president of human resources. In this role, David will assume oversight for development and execution of system-wide human resource functions including strategy, policy, recruitment, associate relations, compensation/benefits, as well as guidance and oversight. The Homes operates 10 senior retirement communities throughout the state, and employs about 1,000 associates.
David, a resident of Millstone Township and an experienced business professional, brings a diversified background in human resources. He served as vice president of Human Resources at both CPC Behavioral Healthcare, Eatontown, NJ and at Ocean Mental Health Services, Bayville, NJ; and director of human resources at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank, NJ. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ and a Master of Business Administration from Monmouth University, West Long Branch, NJ.
