PHA Forum 2014 Registration Now Open
Washington, D.C. (PRWEB) June 04, 2014 -- The Population Health Alliance, the voice of population health, opened registration for its annual conference, PHA Forum 2014, to be held December 10-12, in Scottsdale, Arizona, with the theme, Collaborate + Communicate = Engage.
“This PHA Forum 2014 covers a very wide range of the most salient, practical, regulatory and policy issues for the population health industry,” said Fred Goldstein, CCA interim Executive Director. “The call for proposals emphasized collaboration and communication that leads to engagement, and we are extremely pleased with the number of proposals received, and their quality. Our peer-reviewed selection process resulted in a very strong educational program that will benefit attendees.”
The conference has targeted offerings for employers, in response to the continuous interest from our PHA membership and employers alike, wanting to acquire a better understanding of the programs, their outcomes and how to demonstrate their value.
PHA Forum 2014’s program maintains several of the conference’s trademarks, such as a juried competition for its prized industry awards, all peer-reviewed presentations, and a no “pay-for-play” pledge.
The educational sessions are structured in four tracks:
1. Powerful PHM Strategies
2. Excelling in Engagement
3. Tech Touch: Strategies and Apps for Health
4. Analytics to Action for Providers and ACOs
Lastly, the 4th International Symposium on Wellness and Chronic Care on Friday, December 12, will explore the globally competitive marketplace for wellness and care management and deliver practical strategies that apply across diverse care settings, as well as cultural and regulatory environments.
